By registering for The Crafty Sewing Camp, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by our terms, conditions, and policies as stated.
Registration and Fees
Camp fees are as stated on our website, and payment in full is required at the time of booking for both accommodation and workshops. Please note that at this time, we are unable to offer payment by instalment for this event.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable upon payment. Refunds are not issued after payment is submitted, so please ensure that you are available to attend prior to booking. A 24 hour cooling off period applies.
We encourage you to secure travel insurance to cover any unforeseen issues that may prevent you from attending.
Ticket Transfer Policy
Tickets may be transferred to another person only if there is someone on the waiting list willing to take your ticket. An admin fee of £10, payable to the organisers Crafty Sew&So, will apply for any transfer to cover administrative costs. The transferee must pay this fee to Crafty Sew&So, after which a refund will be issued to the original ticketholder.
Crafty Sew&So reserves the right to cancel the event, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund. We will not reimburse travel or other associated costs incurred in the event of cancellation, so please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover these where applicable.
Attendance
All camp activities, including workshops, start and end according to the camp schedule, which will be provided to all campers prior to the start of Camp. Please note that the camp schedule is subject to change without notice if necessary due to factors beyond the control of the organisers and staff.
Workshop Allocation and Transfer
Workshops can be purchased after you have bought your camp ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. We will contact you to inform you of the available workshops and their details. As places are limited, please book any desired workshops promptly upon receiving this information.
Tickets are non-refundable, and partial refunds will not be provided based on workshop availability or preference. If you are unable to attend a workshop you’ve booked, please contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate any changes, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Instructors
Due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness or injury, instructors are subject to change without notice. Crafty Sew&So reserves the right to replace or cancel a workshop if a replacement instructor is not available. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded the workshop fee. No further compensation will be provided.
Lost or Damaged Property
Crafty Sew&So is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. We advise that campers avoid bringing valuables. Please keep personal belongings with you or secure them as best as possible. Dorm buildings are accessible to others during the day, including non-campers attending workshops in the communal dorm space.

Campers acknowledge that attending The Crafty Sewing Camp involves certain inherent risks, and that injuries, property damage, or other harm could occur. By participating, campers accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm arising during or resulting from Camp, regardless of whether or not caused in part by the negligence or other faults of Crafty Sew&So.
