What’s in Store for Crafty Sewing Camp 2025? 

Endless Sewing Time 

The sewing rooms open on Friday and stay open all weekend long! Bring your sewing machine, settle into your workspace, and enjoy uninterrupted sewing in a friendly, social environment. 

 Delicious Meals 

Enjoy a variety of meals throughout the weekend, including breakfasts, buffet-style lunches and hot buffet dinners, plus tea and coffee available throughout the day. All dietary needs are catered for, ensuring everyone stays well-fed and happy. 

 Pub Quiz Night 

Friday night kicks off with a fun and relaxed Pub Quiz Evening, the perfect way to break the ice and get to know your fellow campers. Gather your team, test your trivia skills, and enjoy a night of laughs, friendly competition, and a great start to the weekend! 

 Market Place 

Explore our Sewing Marketplace, featuring a selection of small sewing businesses offering beautiful fabrics, unique sewing patterns, buttons, and more. It’s the perfect chance to shop for special supplies, support independent makers, and find inspiration for your next project! 

 Community Art Project 

Throughout the weekend, join in on our Community Art Project, a creative way to capture memories from Crafty Sewing Camp. Last year, we began a beautiful quilted wall hanging using remnants from our weekend projects, filled with stories and shared experiences. This year’s project will be revealed closer to the event, but one thing’s for sure—it will be a special keepsake of our time together! 

 Swaps Table 

Visit the Swaps Table, where campers can give new life to unwanted fabrics, patterns, and sewing supplies by passing them on to fellow sewists. It’s a fantastic way to recycle, refresh your stash, and discover hidden gems—all while keeping sewing sustainable! 

 Themed Party Night 

This year’s party theme is Film Favorites, where guests can step into the spotlight dressed as their favorite movie star or iconic film character. Whether you channel Hollywood glamour, classic cinema legends, or beloved blockbuster heroes, get ready for a night of fun, film-inspired festivities, and plenty of red carpet moments! 

 Retro Dorms 

For those staying overnight, the dorms offer a fun throwback to classic summer camp. While basic, they’re the perfect place to bond with new sewing friends—and there’s even a competition for the best-decorated dorm! Bring your bunting and fairy lights for a cozy setup.
